Introduction to Books - 'Écrire' by Marguerite Duras

I have read many books, but not many writers have written something that makes me want to write.

Jeon Hye-rin, who wrote 'And Didn't Say Anything' when she said she was a writer in my life.

Nicos Kazanchakis, who wrote "Sung Francis."

There is a degree of Peruvian Nandu Pesoa, who wrote "The Words of Anxiety."

For me, writing has always been a desire for perfection, but a sentence or writing that seemed to be completed often leaves a margin of perfection, not completion. Why does a perfect sentence remain empty with no meaning? Maybe it's because you don't know what the writing is and what the writing should be. Some writers may want to convey knowledge, some may want to convey emotion. Each writer will have his own set of eggs.

But writing. I think the writing itself actually exists as energy. Specific but intangible, readable, but like a nail stuck in the chest. Completed writing resembles a volcano. Volcanoes that emit lava form a huge landscape in themselves, and make them feel the enormous energy of a disorderly form. Many writers try to assign order and form to their writings, but in fact, natural energy exists only in large amounts of energy, neither in order nor in form.

The most natural, so natural, insensitive, energy-producing text. It's been a while since I've seen such an article: "Écrire" by Marguerite Duras. This book tells the author's own story. The sentence is cut out without context as if it were incomplete, and starts abruptly in an undetermined space like weeds that have sprung up in the wrong place. These disorderly sentences dig into your chest and tell you to hold your pen. Breathe at your own pace in your own time and tell them to spit out your own characters. Like the chaotic natural energy of nature, you should write something like wind, water, and so on that is not bound by order or norms. The energy that this book delivers is stronger than I thought. Duras's "Écrire," which conveys the truth that there are no correct answers to the writing in a whole new set of sentences, has an atypical mana that shakes the empty room in the reader's heart, causing him to pour out dust and turn the dust into letters and words. If there can be a performance that is completed without stage, so is her writing.
