https://youtu.be/7555Ei5KWb0

[Human time, trilogy - 1. The real age calculation method]

How long do we actually live?

How long do we have to live as ourselves?

People's talking about the age of 100.

Some people talk about the 200-year-old age, and some people even talk about the 500-year-old age.

Human beings,

Whether it's power or wealth,

People who believed they had something powerful,

They've often wanted a long life, or eternal life.

Maybe science really keeps us alive longer.

But we're only 100 years old.

In fact, in a clear mind,

Life is much shorter than I thought.

People in some advanced European countries who say that welfare and quality of life are high.

You say your average life expectancy is 82 years, right?

So let's start with the basic life expectancy of 80 years.

He's now measuring his age at 80.

If you're a 15-year-old boy, you have 65 years left.

This time, I'm thinking about how healthy I can live to be. I'm going to get old, and I'm going to get weak enough to admit I'm me anymore. I'm not sure I'll be healthy for a very long time, so I think I'm about 65 years old. It takes time to live in such an unhealthy state.

I've lost 15 years, but I don't think a 15-year-old boy thinks he'll be very healthy by the time he's 70.

The boy now has 55 years left.

This boy sleeps an average of eight hours a day.

We eat for about two hours.

If you have about two hours to wash, go to the bathroom, and spend it in a daze,

The total is set at 12 hours.

Twelve hours of the day is not considered to be the right time to live.

That's how half the time is lost again.

If you subtract half from 55 years, you have 27 years and six months left.

This boy enjoys social networking sites, games and YouTube every day.

I use my smartphone more than 5 hours a day, but I set it as 5 hours on average.

If you count it again, it's five and a half years.

If we take this time out of the real time, we have 21 years left.

If this boy is focused on his existence for the rest of his 21 years,

I mean, 21 years is the right time to live.

I'm acting now.

Well, is 21 years a long or a short time?

This calculation can actually be applied to different individuals.

Depending on the person, the time to enjoy a meal can be real.

The time you use your smartphone can also be the actual time.

Old age can be the culmination of real time where you can feel the full value of your life.

I actually consider sleeping or dreaming time to exist.

But it's clear that with the human life expectancy at this level, it's hard for me to surpass a third of the life expectancy that I've been given.

25 to 30 years at the most.

It's true that the kernel of life, hidden in the volume of a note of 80 or 100, is actually very small, and we live by mistaking the appearance of a fairly large time given to us as if it were a total asset of my life. We don't know if we actually live less than 30 years.

The meaning of calculating the actual time is not to be anxious to achieve something in life, but to live with the weight of time and the importance of the moment in depth.

I keep talking about the use of smartphones because the lives of today's world seem to be falling into the river of the digital age. Because I think that the river of existence is flowing smoothly, and that there should be a digital paradigm as a percentage of many perceptions outside the flow of my life.

Money is an asset that is paid only when we decide to spend, but time is an asset and a life that continues to be paid nonstop, regardless of our decisions.

And it seems like we're wasting too much time on too many things, too many bad thoughts and feelings.

Let me end with a passage from Chapter 5 of the New Testament Ephesus.

"Return time. The days are evil."
